RUYA MAPS would like to hear from established and emerging artists who are based in, or are from, Lima, Peru. The second installment of our new series ‘Creative Cities’ looks at growing art scenes around the world, and will be an exploration of Lima. Programmed around the curatorial theme Knot, we will review Lima as a centre for contemporary art, exploring its artists and thinkers.

We will award paid micro-commissions for the creation of new work in response to the city and the theme Knot.

Eligibility: We invite early career artists of all mediums, including current and recent students, to submit their portfolio, bio, and a brief statement on their relationship with the city Lima.

What you get: The selected applicant/s will receive a paid micro-commission, mentorship from our Director, and profiling in our network.
