About the Lumen Prize
The Lumen Prize for Art and Technology celebrates the very best art created with technology through a global competition, exhibitions and events worldwide run by Lumen Art Projects. Now in our tenth year, our annual juried competition draws entries from artists globally and has given away more than US$80,000 in prize money. Lumen Art Projects, a not-for-profit based in the UK, is dedicated to providing opportunities to our community of artists who are longlisted, shortlisted or won awards.
Who can enter?
Students from anywhere in the world who are enrolled in a BA, BFA, MFA, MA or equivalent. We have a limit of 100 entries for this award, so please get your enter in early so you don’t miss out.
What kind of art is eligible?
Moving image or still image work that engages with technology in some form. If you are unsure please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note videos of site specific installations, sculptures and other physical works will be disqualified.
