The promised heavens and the depths of the sea are intertwined with the golden field of wheat ears – this is how the three main aspects of humanity were united: air, water and daily bread. This vision accumulated within me for several weeks before being embodied in this multi-layered picture. Understanding the interweaving of the simplest, but also the most essential substances was like a discovery. Everything is simple – complex and complex – simple. What lies on the surface is not always obvious to us. Ease of breathing, drinking water and consuming flavored bread is a given in our life.
