Tyler Lewis

As a composer and sound artist I seek to reveal the musicality found within the soundscapes of urban and natural landscapes. I employ field recording and meticulous sound processing techniques to construct multichannel, complex sound worlds that bring together my musically-trained background and my experimental compositional aesthetic.

Below are a just a few examples of my work. *Please note that these audio files are mixed in stereo, when the original versions are actually composed in four or eight channels for an immersive listening experience.
