About Me

I always find it hard to talk about my professional experiences, because I have worked in so many different fields. I might start with the common denominator of all my work which is art and creativity. In a very short description I would call myself a generalist, I have experience in marketing, funding, sponsorship, sales and project management. Most of all I love to pick up loose ends and tie them into meaningful cooperations.

In my early days I hired at ORF, the Austrian Broadcasting Service as an event manager and worked for enterprises mostly in the travel business. After the birth of my second son I needed something permanent and ended up running the Sales & Marketing Department of the weekly newspaper Falter in Graz, Styria.

In 2010 I joined the team of Creative Industries Styria as a project manager, being responsible for projects in public space and the core exhibitions of Designmonat Graz, the annual design festival here in Graz. I also worked as key account manager for the members of Creative Industries Styria, and wrote and published articles on design topics and member topics on the company’s website.

I graduated with a Master degree in European Project and Public Management in 2017 and since 2020 I may call myself an accredited business coach. Lately I am looking into engagement of target groups and how to find the greatest value for both artists and businesses in connecting them on measurable premises. I love the idea of wendy.network and am very happy if I can contribute to its growth!
